This is a low fuser temperature error. Normally it can be reset by doing the following...make sure it's in copy mode:

pound, star, C, star
14, start
execute

once machine restarts the code should be gone. if not, and you're in Houston, we can get you fixed up.

The E7-03 error code means the HDD is not properly installed or is dead. You can check the connections on the HDD and the MFP Controll PWB. You can also use Simulation 62-2 and 62-3 to check the read/write of the hard drive.

f2-05 means that the cartridge is either not in correctly or is a "noncompatible cartridge" aka a knockoff.try a different cartridge and then reset the machine by pressing #,*,C,*, 1,4,start,1,start

Sharp AR-M550U get error code:F2-31


F2-31 is related to the image process control for the drum. The drum sirface is read by the image density sensor - if it has a problem doing so then it will give this code. Possible causes could be a bad/old/worn drum or the drum is not being cleaned properly by the drum blade. To run the processor control adjustment do the following : press the "P" key then "*" key then "C" key then "*" key again. this will bring you into service mode. (warning : please do not make any other adjustments in this mode as you can do some serious damage to your copier). then type 44 and press start key then 2 and start key again. Once it is finished running restart the copier. If this fails you need to look at the drum and possibly change it.

With a Sharp AR-M550U copier getting a CE-03 error when trying to email an image. Any suggestions on what the problem might be.


It means the copier is having ttrouble accessing the network resources to send the email. If you are still able to print to the copier without any problem then the issue will be with your email setting on the copier. Check to make sure you have the correct SMTP server info and the DNS and Domain info. Your email connection may also need authentication. If any of this info is incorrect it will give you this error. Was it working before ? Has your service provider or you changed your email information?
