Honeywell air conditioner wont turn on. says following schedule

When i manually try to put my air conditioner on, meaning I hit the down button to lower the temp, it says "following schedule" so it will not do what i say. I went into the schedule page and deleted all the scheduled times it had on it, but it is still saying that it is following a schedule.
Is there a way that I can reset this or something so i can manually change the temp but hitting the up or down arrow on my screen?

I have just moved home and we have a Honeywell CM61 Prog.Thermostat but no operating instructions. Can you help?

Push run program for a preset schedule, once in the schedule you can change times via up/down temp buttons, push next to set next schedule period and so on. Otherwise push hold temp or hold to overide the program and run as a regular stat, for more info 1800 honeywell or Google support.

I don't know what the hold temp means on my honeywell thermostat

1. You didn't indicate what model of thermostat you have.
2. Hold function on a thermostat with scheduling would mean to hold it at the manual setpoint indefinitely, in other words not following the schedule. 3. I assume the temps you're trying to achieve are C If you have a heat-off-cool switch, I assume it is on the cool position. Most of the honneywell thermostats with a digital display, will indicate a little flame icon when the thermostat is calling for heat, and a littel asterik (snowflake) when calling for cooling. If you don't see the asterik, then you may have a thermostat problem. Have you checked to see if your furnace (air handler) is running? Have you checked to see if your condensing unit outside is running? If they are running, then you have a refrigeration issue.

Honeywell T8112 Air Conditioner Will Not Cool, But Blower Works

make sure the system switch is in the cool position, then press run program button and allow a couple of minutes for system to cycle on, if it doesn't come on press the button for lowering the set point, set it to 72 degrees and then press the hold temperature key.

Non-deletable schedule in VisionPRO TH8000

The thermostat has a function called "Adaptive Intelligent Recovery".

This feature allows the thermostat to learn how long the furnace and air conditioner take to reach programmed temperature settings, so the temperature is reached at the time you set. For example: Set the Wake time to 6 am, and the temperature to 70°. The heat will come on before 6 am, so the temperature is 70° by the time you wake at 6.

You can turn off this function. Download the installation guide at the next link:
http://customer.honeywell.com/honeywell/ProductInfo.aspx/TH8321U1006
and look for funcion number 0530 Adaptive Intelligent Recovery. In this manual you also find the way to do a reset with the function number 0710.

I hope this solves your problem.
