This is a complicated matter to wash away any sticky liquid you may have in the keypad. You have to open the casing smoothly with exact screwdriver and unlock the front cover without breaking any locks or make any scratch to your phone and then wash the motherboard side keypad very carefully with only not too wet cloth and then the outerside keypad as usual. It might fix your problem.

But if you're not that much techy-man you should change the pad.

I'am sorry to tell you that you dont have any options apart from Wipeing the Handheld. To wipe the Handheld enter wrong password for 10 times Handheld will get wiped out and it will ask for Reset password you can enter the password and remember that without sharing with your boy friend.

your phone needs flashed if you cannot access the menus on your phone bring it to your local independant retailer if he has correct equipment he can set default without wiping your phone memory

if keys not working means , try to service ur keypads... the service guy might change the keypad ic... it wil cost less only... without rectifying the keypad u cannot unlock.

just open your keypad and clean it wid little spirt wet clothand use it after it dry

plz contact at sonyeriscon care center. as  u need to  change ur phone keypad -- dnt try it at home this may demage ur phone body also
