I used this link and found it had a 50/50 chance of working...

I know it's not for your exact model, but manufacturers often have the same method of hard reset for all of their devices. Specifically:

"The button to hold down is the menu button next to the home button. With it powered on hold down tthe menu and power buttons until it goes off, then release the power button and then hold it again while holding the menu button. An android with an exclamation and triangle will appear. Tap the power button and the menu for reset or updates appears. Select factory restore and follow instructions then select reboot at next screen and you`re done."
Hope it helps u too

When I try doing a hard reset. I can not get it to boot beyond the green Android guy. It shuts off or will not get me to the choice menu. Any suggestions?

On an android tablet of mine I have to hold the power and the volume (-) button down at the same time and keep holding them for about fifteen to twenty seconds until finally a menu with green text comes up. To select the text option I want, I have to scroll with the volume (+) button and when I'm on the right option I have to activate it using one short push of the power button.

The option I choose to do a hard reset is *wipe data/factory reset*. On my tablet, when I choose and activate this option it takes me to another screen with about six lines of *no no no* text and one line of the reset option. I have to scroll to the reset option using the volume(+) option and again use a short push of the power button to activate it. Then, it does it's thing and turns off. I then give it about ten seconds and then I hold the power button down for five or so seconds and it then it reboots to factory fresh condition. It takes a couple of minutes to get it done I guess because it's reloading all the apps, etc.

Kocaso comes on but only shows the word android

It is not loading the operating system, only the Linux starter program. try power resetting it.

you can try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before. If the power does not come on, please leave it plugged up for 4-6 hours then disconnect it from the power and turn it on.

This should reset the calibrations to default.

Hi, i click the power botton ten open to the logo Kocaso then goes to the logo of Android green screen and stays there, before was working fantastic

HI, you have an android powered device and its stuck on the android logo when turned on :

1. you can try to go the manufacturer page and see if a full download for your device firmware/software is available and you can re-download that to your device - if possible

2. I am not familiar with Kocaso, so if there is a Hard rest button try to push that button for about 10 sec or more, so that you device can resets to the original (when you bought it) software (backup)

please note :::: both above solutions might or will delete everything on your device if its not backed up or have a memory card

this is non of my business, if anyone tried to root it (if possible for this model) than that could have been of the reasons this happened

let us know If this helps

thanks

Kocaso Sx9722 The operating system will not come up.. Only the word Android

Use the firmware for SX9701 at the bottom of the page http://www.kocaso.com/support.html.

There are instructions to follow and you may need to use the Phoenix Card self extractor. Links are all on the same page.
