Polaroid A8 tablet wont turn back on

Turned on when I got it as a gift yesterday- shut it off... hooked it up to the PC to download Google Play so I could do the updates (all this was in the list to do when I opened it) Download from southerntelecom keeps saying Failed Installation even after numerous attempts. as a troubleshoot thru their site because of failed attempts it said to hold down Volume button & hit power button 10x to do an automatic update...Now tablet wont even turn on. Cant get ahold of them on phone- when finally got thru Ive now been on hold for 50 minutes and they close in 3 minutes! I cant even get ahold of Live Caht/Support thru their website. HELP!!!

Maybe try going to the router settings and changing the security settings. See if turning off wifi password solves the problem then turn it back on.

Might be your tablet not supported to that app or possibly it should not be a appropriate application :
So download this app from play store
Battery Doctor(Battery Saver)

and if this fails
possibly problem in you tablet software go to replace it .....

Have put credit on and it wont let me back just says no internet coccention

It depends how you added credit:
1 by adding credit card info on google wallet
2 through gift card

both ways you neer an wifi / 3g internet connection to use the play store andere by or download apps. Gr peter

Most tablets can be reset by holding down the power key for a period of time 15 secs 30 secs etc. power on and then hold down the power key to see if it resets the device?

No google play store on android tablet

There is no way to have google play unless the manufacturer installs it on the tablet, as it has to be licensed like software. If you really want to, you can look up how to root(jailbreak) your tablet and how to put the play store on it like that.
