Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop MX3200 Laser Keyboard Mouse

Logitech Mouse problems

I changed the batteries but it still does not work? The mouse light is on but it does not "interface" with the keyboard? Any suggestions? Is there a button on the MX3200 keyboard that I can press that corresponds to the mouse?

keyoard works after hitting connect button but mouse stopped responding.

Yes there is a red button under the left wrist support side.

Check your USB port. There may be a light on the dongle (the part that plugs into the USB.
Is the light on? If you know this is working and you have changed batteries the mouse should work. Try the other USB port as an alternative.

Try the mouse on a different computer. If it can't work on there then you may have a defective mouse. Contact logitech about warranty info.

Hello,

I have this same keyboard/mouse set and love/hate it when the batteries die. After you change the batteies, power on your pc, press & hold the connect button on the bottem of the keyboard first and then the connect button on the transmitter. Release them and wait for a few seconds. Repeat the same steps for the mouse.

When I have connection issue with this keyboard after new batteries, I have found most of the time the problem is the connection to the pc and/or batteries in wrong. Good Luck

Check the bottom of the mouse for a connect button. Push the connect button and it should work.

Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
