You have to find out from where the noise are coming (motor or from the front of the cleaner ) Motor- bearings or something gets in the fans of the motor Front of the cleaner- check roller and holders at the end and 2 plastic covers true which cleaner sucking from carpet. That plastics sometimes get broken and vibrate
If there's a loud noise when you try to microwave food, then the current through the high voltage transformer is probably too high. Most likely, this is being caused by failure of a component in the high voltage circuit. The most likely component is the high voltage rectifier, followed by the magnetron or high voltage capacitor. High voltage transformers occasionally do burn up as well.
Ur high voltage is going through FBT,the big black block of plastic with a wire red or gray solder to the board. The Flyback transformer. There a steel "3 inches like a paper clip like steel.Put some supper glue on that "3 steel paper clip look like, will help or stop loud wishling noise all together.
Check the draft inducer motor for any partial blockages or dibri.
I've seen sticks, birds nest particles and pieces of deteriorating fan blades (squirrel cage type fans) cause this.
You might also find that the inducer motors bearing are going.
If its a loud vibrating grinding type noise, I'd suspect bearings or missing pieces of the blades. (unbalanced)
If it's a clanking type noise I'd suspect loose items hitting the fan.
The inducer motor will only operate right before and during burner operation, while the blower motor can operate at any time depending on your setting.
The noise you are describing is coming from the gas valve solenoid coil assembly. This is usually indicative of weak coil.
If this is a warranty situation, request a factory authorized certified technician to replace the solenoid assy. at no charge.
If you want to fix it yourself, be sure and ask us for instructions on replacing the part safely.
When the motor bearings start to go bad, they will make a loud noise. Some motors if a piece broke off of the fan, then it also will make a loud noise. You may have to replace the motor.
