Can I make mp460 airprint compatible - Canon PIXMA MP460 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Is the printer AirPrint compatible. Most are not. Good luck.

So far, I have not found that this unit, when equipped with the optional WIFI card, is AirPrint compatible. However, if you have a Windows PC on your network, and it has drivers for the MP171, you can get an AirPrint Print Server program called "Presto," from Collobos. https://collobos.com/airprint.html

If it's an Epson xp400 it is compatible with an Iphone using Airprint. About AirPrint Apple Support

Any wireless device should work. Add the HP Printer App form the iPad App store. Is the HP 7520 Printer AirPrint compatible?

Is your printer AirPrint compatible? In order to connect your printer and any iOS device the printer must be AirPrint compatible.

I think you may be referring to Airprint. You need to use this guide:

That will set up Airprint to work over your Wi-Fi network. Alternately there is an easier setup using:

Your printer has to be AirPrint compatible in order for you to be able to print directly from your iPhone and iPad.

Most printers are NOT airprint compatible, see Apples website for a complete list of compatible machines. Sorry

I regret to inform you that the Lexmark X1240 printer does support AirPrint or printing from iPad2. If you're interested, Lexmark recently released the Pro715 and Pro915 inkjet printers compatible with AirPrint and printing from Apple devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch). You may contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

To print from an iPad you will need to either have a printer that is compatible with Apple's Airprint or have an app that allows you to print through your network.
