Yes that is true, a portal of power cannot have 2+ skylanders on it. However, you may be able to use that same technique, but either use two portals, or put your skylanders down one after the other, not all at once.
Unplug the power, remove the battery and then hold the power button for
30 to 60 seconds. Then reattach the power and attempt a boot. It worked
for me! Just shutdown, put the battery back in you're good to go.
Worked for me so definitely worth a try.
I had this happen. I tried a wired & wireless portal with the same issue. I reset the game a few times to get it going. I don't think it is a portal issue but rather an issue with the (Wii) game itself.
I had problems sinc'ing the portal of power, I read a solution on a other site which worked for me - try this: Sinc the portal of power while in a different game.
Close Skylanders game and opened
another game, I opened another game I have saved on the ps3, then followed the directions on
how to sinc - I unplugged the usb then replugged it in. I opened the
back of the battery compartment, turned the portal on and then turned it
upside down and pressed the sinc button so the light on the side of the
portal flashes really quickly. Straight away the light stopped
flashing and remained on (sinc'ed). I then replaced the battery cover
and closed the game and reopened Skylanders - worked great. Would
recommend this method to anyone having problems. Good luck.
it sounds like you have a docking station? if so try using the charger that came with it.(make sure whatever the charger is plugged into has power and dont assume if its on a power stip and other things that are plugged have power doesnt mean one outlet on the strip can go bad. If trying another charger doesnt work try a new battery keep the reciept in case it still doesnt so you can return the battery. If none of these tips help then your psp (MAY) have taken a crash.
