Can someone please help I have the cyberhome 300 from walmart- We were trying to setup when we were in menu settings, we hit a wrong button in the video section, now all we have is a fast rolling picture, we tryed to do the factory reset , but we cant read the screen since the pix is doing a fast horizontal rolling...please help...for anyone else , this is how to factory reset...l
Check your owners manual. find the function by using the on screen menu, turn this on by pressing the menu button This function is usually in the setting functions and is usually found by using the up and down arrows to find the settings function and then using the right arrow to enter the function. After entering the function you should find the factory reset function among the listed settings.use the up and down arrows to find this setting and place the cursor on it and press enter and it should reset all the functions to the factory settings for you. Hope this helps you with your problem.

You pressed the color system format button/settings.on the remote press the P/N which means pal/secam and ntsc.press it several times or until you get a steady picture.when its black and white then you can press the set-up or menu button to correct your settings.

Update, Update....This is Erin, we Finally got it working again, We were on the menu screen and some how we hit under Video something that said PAL, dont know what it is but it really screwed up the pix, that is when the pix started rolling very fast....hope this helps someone else !!! Now the only thing i gotta figure out is how to get rid of the letterbox on my dvd player, it has the big black bar across the bottom and the top...anyone got any suggestions....
