How do I reset my machine to get the pause mode unstuck??? I have tried unplugging it and that didn't work. The control panel lights up, you can turn the dial to what cycle you want, but when you push the start button it doesn't work. The reason I think the pause button is stuck is because the control panel is flashing and when you push the pause button it won't pause but cancels. Can you please help??
I set mode then start. The door locks then runs a few seconds then just stops. The timer is still on and setting lights still on but machine won't start back up. I just encountered this problem. The plastic piece on the door had a problem. The little nubby at the top of the piece was worn down or broken, so it wasn't engaging the door lock switch when I closed the door. I temporarily built up the nubby with some tape, and things worked. I now need to replace this cheap plastic part.

Good Afternoon Friend, this is Z. Thank you for your inquiry!
If you are receiving an error code PAUSE, it commonly indicates that the door of your washer is not securely latched or the cycle has been interrupted. Try pressing "PAUSE/CANCEL" or "START/PAUSE" once to resume cycle. If these basic troubleshooting tips prove ineffective, try reprogramming your appliance by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is best to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your washer. If the issue persists, then your washer could possibly have a faulty door latch or experiencing a communication error with the control board. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
Hi Jeanen, thank you for allowing me to assist you.
Pause commonly indicates that the unit thinks that the door
is not securely latched or the cycle has been interrupted. Try pressing
"PAUSE/CANCEL" or "START/PAUSE" once to resume washer. If it proves to be
ineffective, try reprogramming the appliance by unplugging it or flipping the
household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn the
unit on. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, then the washer
could possibly have a faulty door latch or experiencing a communication error
with the control board.
Hello Claudia Clary - Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. If it proves to be ineffective then the unit may be experiencing a communication issue with the control board, faulty keypad or wiring failure. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
Control Lock
To avoid having someone accidentally start or stop the
washer, press Options and Select at the same time and
hold for 10 seconds until “LOC” is displayed alternately
with the estimated cycle time. To unlock the controls,
press Options and Select at the same time and hold 10
seconds until ”LOC” is no longer displayed.
Unpluggin the machine is pretty much the only way to reset it.Leave it unplugged for a couple hours if that doesnt work its most like a control board issue
I fixed this myself and it only took about 5 minutes. The problem is
the door latch needs to be reset, which requires unplugging it's three
electrical connections. This has to be done inside the washer outer
seal, but it is easy to get to. First remove the outer ring that holds
the seal on. Next remove only the side of the seal closest to the door
latch (again only the outer seal needs to be undone). With this done
remove the two screws holding the door latch in place (inside). Remove
the latch, unplug the three connectors, plug them back in then
reassemble everything. When all is back in place hit "cancel" and it
should be good to go.
