Key pad mafuntioning

My dailing and scroll down keys are not functioning. also when my phone is fully discharges, it does not start automatically when I start charging

Hi, there is your mobile dialing fault there may be inner keypad is demages. so if you can chang it, pl chang and check it. For ur second problem is phone not go on when fully discharges, at this time you have to put your mobile under charging for three or four hour, dont worry when u put mobile in charging mobile will not shows charging but there is a charging is on in mobile after one hour mobile will shows charging automatically. ok. test this and pl.reply earliest.

For the problem regarding the keys you have to check the keypads  whether they are in good condition or not..,Please change the keypad than try other wise you have to get the inner keypad changed....and for the battery problem if your battery is completly drained than it may take some time to get started that is normal..,

To unlock the keypad of Nokia E71, press the left function key (left most key just below display) followed by the right function key (the right most key just below display). This should work.

How do I put a keypad lock code in my Nokia C7-00
Hi,

Simply press the menu key and ash(*) key and the key pad will lock it self.

Or press the menu key, scroll to setting, press select key, scroll to phone setting, press select key, scroll to key guard setting, press select key, then you can now choose either theautomatic key guard or you want to use your on code.

When using the automatic keyguard, you specify the the seconds you want your phone to stay before being automatically locked up and presss ok.

The touchpad on my Compaq presario cq60 is not working. Which function key unlocks the pad?
Hi

Some say that if you press the blue FN key bottom left at the same time as the F7 key just above the no 8 key that may unlock the touchpad

or try the FN+F8 key

failing that use a usb mouse and go to device manager
start
search
device manager
scroll down to touch pad
un install it and restart immediately
hopefully windows will reload it and will be ok

Follow this steps,


1. Press the "Menu" button, or select the "Menu" option, on your Samsung phone. Your phone menu will now appear.
  1. 2.Scroll through the menu using the directional pad and highlight the "Settings" option. Press the button in the center of the directional pad to continue.
    3. Scroll to the "Phone" option and press the middle button. Then scroll to the "Language" option and press the middle button. The phone will now show two fields: "Screen text" and "Input language."
    4. Scroll to the "Screen text" field and press the soft key under the word "Change." A list of the available languages will now appear in a drop-down box. On Samsung phones that use a SIM card, an available option is called "Automatic," which will default the phone to the language of the SIM card.
    5. Scroll to the language you want and press the "OK" button.
    6. Highlight the "Input language" field and press the "Change" soft key. Scroll to the language you want and press the "OK" button.
    7.Press the soft key under the word "Save" to save your changes and return to the phone settings menu.

OK, all you need to do is to hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard. While you hold down the key, you need to scroll with your mouse button, If you have an external mouse plugged in, you just need to scroll with the middle mouse button. If you use the mouse pad on the laptop, the left side on the pad is usually the scroll function.

So...Just to be clear. Open your web browser. Hold down the "Ctrl" key on scroll up or down with your scroll function.

What does baby call function do ?
hi....

this function is almost like a speed dail.

when you activate this function(set a preset number)when you press any of a key it wil start dailing that preset number.

it is basically used as the emergency function

Must hold function key down.
Hmm...first, is your "scroll lock" key lit up? if it is, you activated the number key pad for your laptop. if fn + scroll lock doesn't work, try re-installing the operating system (xp or vista) although it may be a pain :(

Changing the time
lift the speed dail flaps. touch the data registration key
when the display say user setting touch set key first one
option should be date& time if not scroll to it
when date and time is displayed touch set. then enter
date and time using number key pad then touch set.
finally touch stop.
