Try plugging in an external monitor and see how the display shows on it. If the display is ok on the external then your LCD Screen is going bad. If it shows the same colors on the external monitor then your video graphics card has issues.
Remove the battry and power adaptor
now press and hold the power button for 10-15 sec
reconnect the battery and power up the laptop
if still the issue presists then try booting the system in safemode and try reinstalling the display driver
if still the issue presists check whether there is a device that is eliminitaing radio frequency as this can also be caused due to magnetic induction which may interfere with the graphics card
try changing the position of the laptop
try connecting an external monitor and check whether the same issue occours in the external monitor so that you can isolate whether the issue is with the graphics card or with the display
All the colours on the screen are created by "mixing" the 3 "primary" colours (red, blue, green).
Once the production of "green" ceases, anything that should be "100% green" becomes "100% black",
and every colour that indicates some percentage of "green" becomes a mixture of just RED and BLUE, i.e., various shades of PINK.
First, try the monitor on another computer (desktop or laptop). If the problem persists, it's time to replace the monitor. If the problem vanishes, it's the video-card in your computer that is not generating GREEN, or it is the "data" cable between your monitor and your computer that is not transmitting the GREEN request. So, you can try replacing the data-cable, or try replacing the video-card.
If your picures are all purple it means that the green colour is missing. TV colour is made up by mixing Red, Green & Blue. Removing Green leaving Red & Blue makes purple. Study the green colour circuit for a fault and confirm that the green gun inside the tube is working.
I have the same problem with a DCR-HC45.The culprit is the ribbon between the circuit board and the LCD display, but my problem is worse, sometimes the screen turns white and I can't see anything on it.I have no idea from where to buy a replacement ribbon but I know how to replace it.
The picture tube of the tv has 3 color in CRT Red, Green, Blue. The red cathodeof tv set has no function, its either the resistor become higt resistance, that why u need a repairman to replace it.
In short If the reds show as red, The greens show as green & Blue shows as blue. I would say thats as good as it can project. It's hard to judge color without seeing it for ones self but usually DLP projectors that use a colorwheel do not have perfect color.
in Monitor CRT Red-Blue-green cathode guns are there.. Mixing of these colour we can get the original colour chrominace technique. if any of the colour gun is faulty we would get more REad or blue or green picture. Measure RGB voltages. you can verfify which gun is faulty. if then check RGB processing circuits. Else there might be problem Chrominance colour decoder system. Contact service centre
