Hi, I would be happy to assist you with your issue. DISH receivers are equipped with an "Inactivity Standby" feature which will place the receiver in a standby mode if the remote is not used in specified amount of time. The reciever does allow you to set the amount of time or if you would like, you can diaable the feature. This can be accessed by pressing the Menu button on the DISH remote and then select "Preferences" and then "Updates". If you are still having issues and need additional assistance, please feel free to PM DISH directly on facebook here: http://goo.gl/dgbNL Thank you!

This sounds like it is related to your inactivity standby settings. You can resolve this by pressing menu, select preferences and the updates you can change the inactivity duration to a more suitable time frame.

The dishnetwork. Sighn just dances around the screen I push select and nothing happens

This sounds like this may be an issue with your tv 2, make sure your remote is in sat mode by pressingthe sat button. then select, if still nothing take your remote to the recvr and look on the back of the recvr to make sure the uhf ant. is standing straight up if not, straighten and try remote functions. if you stillg et no responce there could be other issues that are simple to fix depending on what kind of equipment you have. you can call 800-333-3474 for assistance or reply with recvr name or model #.

Rinse cycle on top drawer keeps turning on

You have a leak due to the Lid seal leak.
1- Unplug the power, then pull out top draw half way and
2-Touch the bottom top housing ( not bottom top draw) you will feel it wet. Try to dry it by stick in a towel.
3- Repeat the same for the bottom drawer.
After drying out, wait for at least 1 day so the sensor can be dried out then plug in the Power, you will be fine.
4- Contact me for the next step.

Door won't unlock after self clean

Try turning the breaker off for a few minutes, If that doesn't work try restarting the self clean mode and canceling after it starts. If that fails list a brand and model number with the problem.
