If the phone is locked with network then you need to unlock it. To unlock, I suggest you can approach Simpleunlocking.com and specify the country, locked network of iPhone .Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service along with free instructions.
your Nokia N97 locked to which country, network? You can use unlock code to unlock it.Visit the site Theunlockarena.com/nokia-n97/rs13wp9/ get the Unlock code and unlock it easily...Then use with other GSM network sim card in South Africa...
I think that you will need to purchase another sim card for this dongle as you will not be able to pick up the south african vodafone internet from the UK
make sure the dongle is not locked to vodafone if you want to use another network
hope this helps
Hi, for the phone to get internet access, Itdepends on the Sim card you insert in the phone. Each Sim cards has different network settings for each Sim cards being inserted in the phone.
If you want to get internet access for the Sim card your using, ones you insert the Sim card in the phone,Call the customer care service center of the particular Sim card you inserted, Am sure they will assist you with the internet settings on the phone. Call is free. Take care.
Thailand has a different region for cellphone. some cellphone that works in Australia will not work in Asia. Eventhough the phones on South Korea will not work outside South Korea. Actually it depends on the cellphone's capability if it has a dual band, tri-band and quad band network frequency. If your girlfriends cellphone has a capability to have some of the frequency that will work then there is no problem with that. But one other scenario will happen, if her cellphone uses GSM then it should work having dual band and tri-band in South East Asia. Other thing if her cellphone uses CDMA it is exclusively on your country only. That's the difference of the two. Hope these things help to figure out the problem. Thank you.
currently there is no unlocking sofware for the 5310, atleast not yet. you need to send it into your service provider to have it unlocked, which will cost you about $20 and they will check if its stolen.
