Aficio color 6513 id sensor location, td sensor location

We are getting an sc385 error from our aficio color 6513 and from what i have discovered, the id sensor and the td sensor may need to be cleaned. where is the id sensor located? is the td sensor the one located in the centre of the toner revolver? if it is, i have cleaned it but there is no change. if this is not the td sensor, where do i find it? i have cleaned all visible connections.

any help greatly appreciated.

Error sc385 ricoh 6513

SC385: Vsg Adjustment Error
The LCD displays SC385 when the output from the ID sensor is found to be
outside 1.8 ± 0.05 V during Vsg adjustment.
Turning the power off then on resets this condition. However, SC385 is lit again after the end of each copy job even when this SC condition is reset by turning the power off then on. Toner is still supplied, but using fixed supply mode, until a subsequent Vsg adjustment is successful.

For Starters

· Defective ID sensor
· Poor cleaning

How do i set aficio 1035 to factory default

SC352 Indicates ID Sensor/Pattern edge detect Error 3. If its a color machine, then it's a Magenta TD ensor failure.

Usually If you need to change the developer roller you should change the developer as well. Once that is done, then you go into service mode and calibrate the developer and initialize the TD sensor.

Did you change the developer?
