Just moved into a home with a Sharp convection/microwave R-1874F. The hi/lo baking racks are missing, can I purchase these somewhere?

Yes, this is a common item. Any appliance store that handles the Sharp line will be able to order the racks for you, if they do not have them in stock.

Every time the microwave part of an oven do not heat it normaly means a faulty MAGNETRON (the device that produces microwves) unfortunately if it's the magnetron they are allmost as expensive as the oven it self, you could allways check for a burned fuse, (allways be prudent opening an applyance)

Sharp R-930 convection/microwave works fine in all microwave modes but convection heating shuts down during warming up process (whether preheat, hi or lo mix, or normal convection). It will immediately...
For that problem I would check the sensors. If the sensorblock is faulty, it will think it is hot when cold etc.
