Nintendo DS Lite shuts down after holding down B-button
I stopped playing with my NDSL for about a month. When I started
playing again, the unit shuts down when I hold down B-button (or
sometimes when tapping the A-button) once the unit is turned on.
The unit has a supercard lite installed. This shutdown affects
both when playing original and back up games. The battery was
fully charged when tested and nothing else appeared to be out of the
ordinary. Could there be short circuit when the B-button is held
down? Solution(s) would be much appreciated. Thanks.

you know what..i think its better to use a t-flash for sd card when you want to transfer a game,mp3,videos etch. in you game card,,much safer and faster..
or if you want try to connect it again in your pc...go to control panel,add/remove hardware,,let it detect you nds wit cable...nd find the right driver..commonly when you buy such cable if it is not plug and play it includes a cd driver..hope this can help you..
Mine works fine!!
Download English 1.18 from the R4 website.
You should have 4 files on your card
you then add the .nds game files from wherever you get them from
Make sure the card is formatted first, ie there are no other files on it. try FAT. rather than FAT 32. I can't remember which but I've had no problems with either the card or the software, best thing since sliced bread, and it only cost me a tenner.
Go to the manufacturers web site and download the latest OS files to put them in your memory card root. That would fix the problemand you should have updated files. In the case of the games, music and other files in the card before the deletion you must get them again and put one by one in the memory. By the way if that was a complete deletion any game saved file is lost.
It worked for me. The L & R bottons are the ones on the back corner on the unit. Just hold down all 4 bottons on the inside with your thumb while pressing the two on the outside back while powering on and off and on again if necessary. You'll get it.
