Black lines on Nintendo DS lite's bottom screen.

This may mean the bottom screen has cracked, if this happens all the time, its probably damaged.

The Top screen has a big black circle on it.

Hi,
The top screen will need to be replaced. Your only options are to either to send it off for repair or to fix it yourself.

If you intend on fixing it yourself I have a couple of guides to help you...

Single verticle black line on top screen of ds lite:(

Sounds like you have something wrong with the LCD screen, and there isn't much you can do about it except buy another top/bottom piece from NINTENDO.

Top Screen of DS Lite broken

Replace upper screen and the Upper front bezel.
Or replace the upper screen and the complete DS Lite Housing. You can find them on the well known auction sites. Please be aware that you must know what your are doing. If in doubt, send it to Nintendo or a local Nintendo repair service

DS Lite's top screen has horizontal black lines

i found a REALLY easy solution! the most likley problem is that there is dust in the GBA/DS game card slot! it corrupts the connectors (i dont want 2 explain how it gets into the system) so step one: wrap a small peice of tissue around the stylus(make sure DS is turned ON)
step two: LIGHTLY go inside the GBA/DS slot with the tissue wrapped stylus.
step three: shut down DS system and turn on again
problem solved! hope this helps.

DS Lite has red lines in top screen?

It could also be running fluid from the screen's gel padding. I doubt that, though... It's best to buy or order a replacement screen. It's actually not too expensive and is not too hard to DIY. The problem with that, is it's really easy to accidentally break something while opening up a DS, especially the DS lites. Another problem is, you need a triwing screwdriver to open up the DS, which can only be found online. So, if you don't want to buy anthing online, you should just ask gamestop or something to repair it for you. It'll come at a price though...
