Question about Proview PL926WBi 19" LCD Monitor
I've had my monitor for over a year, and all of a sudden, the monitor is in hybernation mode. Blue power light blinks. That's all it does. It won't come on. In control panel, I made sure it's set on, "never turn off monitor", so I know the settings in the computer are set right. Another monitor hooked up to the computer works fine. Any help? It's only 1 year old.
Same problem, and solution 1 given here fixed my Proview 900W. A few of the 470uF caps on the power board were oozing dielectric probably due to overheating. Hopefully the replacements will hang in there for a couple more years...

I had the same exact problem (Blue LED blinking but the monitor doesn't turn on), but I followed the guide that delphiuser posted in this post (http://www.fixya.com/support/t127735-white_screen) and replaced some capacitors in the power supply. (I'm the guest that posted on Nov. 15) The LCD is still working perfectly today. So.. if you have some electronic and soldering experience, you could save the LCD. You do want to be careful of the high voltage capacitor in the LCD (the big one on the power supply) when you have the LCD open though, that one can give you a REALLY nasty shock.

its sound you have bad inverter chip. The I.C. "BIT3193G" is the main controller in the inverter circuit. This chips is a surface mount chip and you must be careful remove it or you can damage the board. Also have you check for any burn out transistor?
