Hi Daniel,
To pair your bluetooth-compatible phone, follow this step-by-step list:
(Make sure bluetooth is turned on on your phone)
1 Press the "Talk" button in your car while the engine is running
2 Say "Setup"
3 At the setup menu, say "pair phone"
4 After being asked to say yes, say yes
5 Say a chosen name for the phone
6 Say yes
7 On your phone, search for bluetooth devices
Your phone will display the car name (Soul)
8 Connect with "Soul"
9Enter the 4 digit pairing key in your phone
Try the Soul By Ludacris. They look nicer and they work http://bestheadphones-review.com/soul-by-ludacris-sl300wb-high-definition-noise-canceling-headphones-review/

Pairing Instructions Pairing will create a unique and encrypted wireless link between two Bluetooth enabled devices, such as your Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth headset.
Ensure that the headset is off (see Turning the headset on/off). Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns on in blue (approximately 8 seconds). Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps involve going to a Setup, Connect, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices. Your phone will find the Samsung WEP210 headset and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the Yes or OK key. Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then press the Yes or OK key.
the directions from Samsung to pair the headset was way off. You need to hold down the main button then turn on the headset. Only then will the headset go into pairing mode by maintaining a solid blue light. It took me a couple of days of troubleshooting and experimenting to realize this pairing method. I just hope that this problem is only due to my headset because I assume a lot of people who buy this headset and try out Samsung's directions will become very frustrated. I almost returned the product and I am sure many others would too.
