Hi, I have CSD-FD81 model and have been using it for a while. On Saturday, I connected the system by plugging in one of the outlets in our house. It started playing and in a minute or so it stopped. Now I cannot turn it on at all. I tried connecting to the port where it was before. It still has the same problem. My suspicion is that the power supply was very high and it burnt the fuse in the system. I have not taken any steps to rapair it. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks deepak 336-725-6492

Aiwa has discontinued the original cord for this unit. However, Aiwa is Sony's entry level line. Most Sony cords used the style that was in the shape of an oval without any notches. If this is the case you can purchase the generic version through any national public distributor such as MCM.

My problem was fixed regarding your help because your Google posting said "free" , but when I went to your site you wanted money. So I'm going elsewhere. I suggest you present your google listing more honestly. Bruce
