I'm not getting sound driver for Asus mother board with AMD Athelon 64 processor. What to do ,pls help me

Simply acquire a copy of Windows XP 64bit and install. You should then update all drivers needed with 64 bit drivers.

Download the drivers from Asus. http://support.asus.com

Also make sure in your Bios your HD audio is not set to front panel.

you need to find out what socket the amd athlon 3000 is and what the socket for the asus is go to amd's site and then the asus site they can help big time..=)

Good day sir, most likely you need to install the device driver located on the CD that came with your motherboard.

1. Place your driver CD on your CD drive, Wait for the CD to autoplay.
2. On the menu click or choose the device you want to install, that is your Audio (usually its high definition audio for the asus motherboard.
3. Let the setup finish. your done, restart your PC.

this is due to the less memmory.increse the RAM to a heigher one and try again.

Thats a prosessor, theres just one driver for that, and still its not a must have.

now if its a motherboard that you need drivers for, now just the processor, go over here and select the right motherboard, you will get the drivers you need.

To get rid of this message at boot you must turn off the Chassis Intrusion detector feature. To do this you must restart the computer, as it boots press DEL to enter BIOS.
Under the SECURITY tab in BIOS select CHASSIS INTRUSION and select DISABLE.
Then select EXIT and SAVE CHANGES and OK to reboot the system.

It is better to install   windows xp..  because   2003  is not supportting  latest mother boards.
only windows xp  will solve that problem
