[email protected] I have forgotten my password and your process for changing it is not clear to me- I see no where to clique as you say to do on that page. I have been paying for this from my account but have been unable to use for at least 3 months. For some reason in the beginning all I had to do was go to the website and I could watch, but now since I must have my password which I forgot to get in I have been paying but not seeing anything. If we can not figure a way to fix this I am going to have my bank stop payment.
