Re: letters typing as another
Probably a mechanical problem with your keyboard. Try connecting an external keyboard to see if the problem is corrected. If that works, you will probably need to get hold of a different keyboard for your laptop. Ron

From the sound of things, your keyboard is garbage. You may wish to try a different keyboard. If it still causes a problem, try a different type (if you're using the PS/2 jack, try USB, and vice versa).
Are you using the "-" key between each characters or typing it in a a whole, could be an issue. Also uising Capital Letters can affect code also. Try and keep the same as what you see. Also make sure your not typing in zeros where the letter o is or vice-versa. Also Install without serial number if you can, and when it completes go into nero and change license to your key. I bought online and downloaded it with the demo license provided and then afterwards change it.
the lens is stuck out because there is incorrect battery connection. there is an option on the camera setting for the battery type. try this one: -turn the camera on -click on Menu button -select options using left/right, up/down button -select Set up 2 -Select Battery type -Select Alkaline for non-rechargable or Ni-MH for rechargable -click OK button
this setting should be done when using camera for the first time and whenever you are switching battery types, from rechargable to non-rechargable and vice versa.
