This code usually relates to the bowl not disengaging proper to agitate - few things to check - is there enuff water in the machine? - is the clothes packed to one side kinda? - remove the display cover to check if you don't have a kink or the tube for the water level controller hasn't come off - remove the tube & blow into the "bowl end only" attach & try it out - you haven't lost a sock lately or something, it could be stuck between the two bowls? - machine not syphoning? - if none of these work then the RPS is gonna be the most likely problem.
Hi - if that red led light comes on as you press start - then the display module is faulty - however it's not always the case - often its the motor controller module thats faulty..
Your call - display module first and hope it works or controller.
The manufacturers recommended procedure is to replace the display module (primary) if it still doesnt work then replace the control module (secondary).
Hi just read your posting.Sorry to ask these questions but why did you replace the control module and pump? When you turn the power off then on at the wall does your machine light up the display and give a beep as well? Did you hear a popping sound when you tried to use the machine?Did you smell anything burning? Please reply with additional information and I am sure I can help you.Looking forward to your reply.
Sometimes water can leak from the hoses where they join the taps and/or the water inlet valves..Check for leaks by running you hands along the hoses and unions. Or there may be a problem inside the area behind the display panel...Unplug at wall and remove the 2 screws at rear of display panel. You may have to remove the lid by sliding it upwards while on the open (vertical) position..sometimes the mixer box leaks where the temperature sensor probe connects...Good luck...Nomess
