Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook

My girlfriend haked into my password

I need to regain access to my administrator privalges...my girlfriend haked into the administrator password and changed it and I cant even log on and get my files....we are no longer together and I have to keep using the freaking guest to log on.....please help

I came across the solution a while back, I forget all the details, but You have to remove the little clock battery ( probably a little button cell) then put it back and restart your computer. there should be no passwords set at all after that.

I have a HP Slate 2 Tablet and disabled all the accounts.The only Account I can access now is guset and can not do any changes.

You can't disable or delete the administrator by design, so there is an admin account. You just need to login in as that user to regain access. Other than that you may have to re-install the OS.

Try Safe Mode to see if the other / admin account is visible.

You can bypass Windows User Password, follow the steps below: Step 1: Download Bypass Windows Password software and install it.
Step 2: Burn a bootable Windows Password Recovery CD/DVD or Windows Password Recovery USB flash drive with the program.
Step 3: Reset Windows Administrator Password to blank with the burned CD/DVD or USB, then bypassing windows password and regain access to your locked computer.

How to know wifi password

The wifi password is set internal to the router by the router's administrator. If that was you, then you are saying you've forgotten the password. If that is NOT you, you are asking for the password. You must get that from the administrator of the router. If you have a used router, it may have been previously setup by another admin and you are trying to access it. If the previous administrator left the unit in its default state, it can be accessed at IP 192.168.0.1. The default user name is to be left blank, and the default password is admin (lower case). If that doesn't work, you ay have no choice but to reset the router to get it back to defaults so you can gain access to it. There will be a reset switch somewhere on the unit (usually accessible thru a small opening) that you must press and hold for a period of time. Be warned that this will erase all custom setting in the router and will require a new setup, but will allow you to regain access using the default user name and password.

Try booting to the SAFE MODE, select the ADMIN account (may not have a password) then go to control panel USER accounts and change the password
