The problem could be with the CAC single sign on, or browser setttings; in either case, becaues this is a secure website for the US government, it is highly recommended you contact your local DFAS support team (number is on the DFAS contact/support page).

You should be logging in from a government PC with your CAC. If you are not you can request the proper certificates and buy your own CAC reader to use at home. Talk to your IT department. There is no sense in trying to keep memorizing that insane password. If you are not the user you're claiming to be remember the minimum fine is $5000 and jail time.
