You need to input the service tag of your system first. You can find the service tag on the bottom of your laptop on a black sticker. After inputting your service tag it would display the drivers for your system.
You need to uninstall the existing driver first and reboot the computer then try downloading the vista driver and install it back that should take care of the issue.
Possible solution but I'm not sure. Don't know enough about video files, etc. Does someone know more? Panasonic VDR-M50 camcorder original software won't work on vista PCs. This freeware might work. Please, someone check it out: http://www.dvdflick.net/
