this is probably a defective bulb.for the price,replace the bulb making sure to check the contacts on the light bulb holder to make sure that it is free of corrosion.i would also suggest that you invest in some dielectric grease to insert on the metal contacts before reinserting its replacement.
twist the lens. I have same projector, just need to turn the lens. Is your picture pixel filled? Mine looks like the perfect picture but with a wicked yellow grid. cant see it from 20 feet away, but in the room WOW.
