I dismantled the door into 2 separate pieces by unscrewing the 3 screws on each side. I then place a 2mm thick washer on to upper hole of the hinge and a 3 mm spacer onto the upper plastic fitting to slightly angle the inner door skin. Heh presto the door closes and seals perfectly.

Some oven has a door sensor, which prevents heating when door is open, evidently this is faulty, you need a service manual to identify and replace the part, If I find something I will post here.
sounds to me like bottom hinges are set to close to oven/ need spacers so oven door closes flat top and bottom at moment it seems that bottom is to tight before oven door is closed ,try fitting spacers behind hinge fixings at bottom, good luck
Hello- Many ovens use spring-loaded hinges to carry the weight of the door. Over time, these springs weaken or the hinge gets bent just enough to not fully close door. The door gasket can also become flat and stiff, compounding problem. Any small gap releases heated air, and oven will not heat up properly. Replacing the door springs should solve problem.- Thanks -Ed
If you take the hinges off, you can fit some washers between the hinges and the door to make it close it further. Probably not as good as new hinges, but cheaper. 2mm of washers will close a 5mm gap
