Hey , I don't know what happened to my printer. It was working fine, and suddenly stopped printing. It seems like it is printing but when is "Done" nothing is on the paper. The same if I am making copies. It doesn't show that it needs ink, or anything. Do you know what could be the problem??
That could be software problem or virus if you are sure that the printer is full ink make sure that the printer driver is ok i mean you can go to start - control banel and choose printers and make sure there is the printer driver if that ok try to reinstall the windows from windows recovery but backup your data and your photos first in dvd or cd's because you will lose all information in your compueter after you install the windows install the printer driver and the computer componant drivers
don't forget to rate me thank you i hope you find this solution helpful thank you

In the printer's dialogue find the print pages number. Print page from/to and select 20 pages chunks. In effect print only part of the document at a time. Add all chunks together in one pile. Work around I know, but it works.
I work at a printing center at my college, sometimes this happens to the students that print. When printing it could be the word document itself: the file could be too big, or the printer could be reading the file wrong. Try saving the word document to a PDF (Print, Print as PDF), then try printing it. That way the printer reads it as a sort of image and not a .doc file, or .wrd file.
don't know if it's the same problem i had but its maybe worth a try. My paper went in a little, the wheels were turning but it didn't take the rest of the paper or print. someone replied to my problem, i tried it and it fixed 1st time. seems to of worked for others to, not always 1st time but it seems to reset the sensors or something Solution:- Use a piece of thin card, a magazine cover is what i used, make sure its A4 size then try to print something, as the paper starts moving push it through! and hey presto it worked for me, everything printing fine now
let me know how you get on, Garty
hey wildd, Try unplugging the printer from the electrical source for "several" minutes. Shutdown the computer too. Turn on the printer, then turn on the computer. If that doesn't work go the whole mile. Uninstall all printers and software. download the latest drivers from Epson.
This link is to the epson site and your machine. Download the drivers from here.
Have you had any paper jams lately? Make sure there aren't any pieces of paper stuck or any other debris. How about the print properties, or open print jobs? what does it show when the job stops.
Let me know what happens.
From what you describe I don?t think it has anything to do with your printer drivers. I would try the following:
-Run a couple of nozzle cleaning jobs.
-If no change I would suspect a defective cartridge and would try a brand new HP cartridge.
If these don?t work I?ll need some more details such as do you refill cartridges, buy remanufactured cartridges or use new HP. Also is this still under manufacturer?s warranty? I don?t want to suggest anything that would void it.
