Call fowarding to cell phone

I have a merlin MLX-20L that i need to foward to my cell phone. How do I do this?

What is the processor release?
What kind of lines do you have? Pots or PRI?

Do you want all the lines to forward to your cell? or just the calls specifically to that extensions?

I need all the lines I think. I am a receptionist and tomorrow is supposed to be icy so they want me to forward all calls to my cell in case I cant come into work tomorrow

From the merlin phone pick up the phone for a dial tone then hit *33 and it will say "forward to:" then dial 9 + 1 + area code + phone number.

To undo the forwarding follow same procedure but when it says "forward to:" enter your merlin extension number.

You will need to log into the admin mailbox of teh voicemail. But there are a few different voicemail systems on that system. Do you know which you have?

MLX-20L Merlin phone locked out

okay-- did the s/n trick. Just didn't realize you actually have to flip the switch... power down, then power back up. That was it. It worked!

I assume you are also using a Merlin Voice Mail? Once the message has been deleted there is not way to retrieve it.
