Question about Apple iPod nano
If reseting and upgrading do not work, you might have physical damaged.
There are tiny little ribbon cables inside the unit, which are about
the width of a hair strand, and damage very easily when pressed too
hard - which is something everyone does the first time that scroll
wheel doesn't work. There really isn't much you can do, other than
getting it repaired.
Jsut make sure you tried to install the correct updater file first - LOCATED HERE - although it should not affect the scroll wheel - however, you it doesn't hurt to try!
Hope This Helps!
