Hold the paper in "portrait" mode, not "landscape" mode.
Are the lines HORIZONTALLY-ACROSS the paper,
or VERTICALLY-DOWN the paper?

If those lines are WHITE and HORIZONTAL,
then some of the many ink-jets inside the print-head are *CLOGGED*.
Run a "print-head-cleaning-cycle" to try to unclog it.
Or, exercise the WARRANTY, and get it replaced.

hello ! try this get Another photo viewer program and install it on your machine eg adobe photoshop,nero photo viewer .

the thing is your pc has no right program for this kind of photo resolution .

If the lines are in the same location for all scanned outputs, it is clearly dust on the scanner glass. Clean it thoroughly.

get your printer service and get new INK jets mean Cartage for your printer thank you it will get no vertical lines then .. it is caused when cartages are leaking..
