Question about Casio FX991ES Scientific Calculator
What kind of battery which is best suit for long last life?
Ah! that perennial desire for eternity. The calculator uses solar power. It also have a battery. Under normal circumstances you won't need a battery, may be if you are living through a long Nuclear Winter.
Any way, just get a battery with the same characteristics as the one that shipped with the calculator: voltage, thickness, diameter. That is what counts.

SOURCE: Casio FX-115 ES: SIN,COS,TAN (answer isnt correct)
Hello,
It may be due to the angle unit used. You can have angles in
degrees, in radians, and in grads. You should set the default angle
unit to waht you problem calls for.
To set degree as default SHIFT MODE 3
To set radians as default SHIFT MODE 4
To set grads as default SHIFT MODE 5
The
values of angles calculated by the inverse trigonometric functions are
in the default unit that is set . This may be the source of the wrong
answers that you get.
Hope it helps.

SOURCE: How I can memorize my
Sorry, but you cannot.
You can type in a formula that involves the memory variables X,Y, A, B,C,D, E, =, . Such a formula is meant to be evaluated to get a solution (X by default). Once you type the formula you press the Shifted function SOLVE and you will be prompted for the constants, for Y etc. when you press the EXE/= key you get the value of X.
If you turn off the calculator or change the calculation MODE, it is wiped out of memory.
To make a long story short, you cannot STORE formulas in the calculator. Better try to memorize them (commit then to YOUR OWN memory).
