BT have been advising me for several months that you are changing my email service. I try to follow your leads but now when i try top log on to btyahoo i get a Chrome warning that this is a phishing site & they do not allow a connection. what do I do

generally this error will remove by itself... first of all close the outlook and try again using the email using yahoo mail thru ur browser ..this will solve the issue....

Looks like a scam to me. Notice the cc.yahoo-inc.com part of the address. This is almost a surefire scam.

For existing yahoo account, you can't change your email address but you can change your name. If you want to set up a new yahoo email, go to https://login.yahoo.com/config/mail?.src=ym&.intl=us and sign up. Let me know if this helps.
