My Michael Kors watch (mk-2280) was purchased only two days ago but the bottom and left hand dials don't seem to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Question edited for clarity FULL 'make model (what is is).
Question moved from Cars and Trucks, which also doesn't help identification of the mk 5603 or mk5603!
Best advice right here. Also "the same as the one that is in it".
RepairTJC.comhttps://www.repairtjc.com > Guides Michael Kors use 395 and 371 pretty evenly. We recommend using a quality brand such as Duracell or Renata when replacing the battery of your Michael Kors watch .
Read the solutions given below when you want to change the battery right from your place.
step 1: Remove the back panel of your watch.
Step 2: Locate the battery in the holder and identify its type.
Step 3: Use the user manual for reference before installation.
Step 4: Place the watch and the back panel in a plastic bag to avoid contamination during replacement.
Step 5: Remove the old battery from the watch.
Step 6: Have in hand a newly purchased battery and install it.
Step 7: Check whether the watch works after installing.
Step 8: Replace the back panel on your watch.
Step 9: Set your time and wear it.

Tricky question here.
If the watch case is made of metal, you will have no problem finding a screwdriver in some electronics parts store.
But be careful!!, if your MK has got a policarbonate case you are in danger by doing it yourself.
May happen you damage the screws head , and then you have to buy a new (and really expensive) case for your beloved watch.
If this is your case, I'd rather took it to a Michael Kors watch shop to do the job. It can save you a lot of money.
Okay, so I'd the watch dial says automatic or manual wind you should be able to wind the watch to get it to start working. If the second hand is sweeping buy the minute and hour or just minute hand does not go around properly there are different issues. One. It could be the pinion that is loose, (major repair) two, the watch needs an overhaul meaning cleaned and re oiled(less likely). If only minute hand is giving trouble, its loose(the 2nd hand) or the pinion is loose.
