Error 79:04 HP 650T

Im getting an error cod 79:04 in HP DJ 650T what do i need to do for repaird the printer ?

79 errors are usually bad firmware that needs replaced or updated. Sometimes it is simply a bad print job being sent. Check to see if only one print job is causing this error, or if it happens with everything you try to print.

Make sure the printer is on and connected to the computer, either through your local network or a USB cable. Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads. If a Let's identify your product to get started page displays, click Printer, type your printer model number, and then click Submit. The software results page for your printer displays with the default operating system selected. If you need to change the version of Windows, click Change, select your version, and then click Change. Click Firmware, and then click Download. If a Firmware section is not listed, an update is not currently available for your printer. Save the file to your computer. Locate and then open the file to start the installation process.

Help, I have lost my installation disk for my HP Photosmart D5160 Printer. They would like to charge me $38.00 for a new disk. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Mary

Installation problems with HP dj 460c drivers

unplug the printer then install the drivers then reboot the PC then plug in the USB printer to USB port then insert again the CD installer..if their is same the problem you need to re-install the OS/windows...good luck
