How to reset kyocera printer maintenance counter on taskalfa 300i. just did a replacement of entire maintenance kit. still get a the error; "time for maintenance"

Power off the printer and hold down the two top right buttons and power the printer back up. You will be taken to a menu that you will be able to scroll through. Look for the "Maint Count Reset" option and press the "enter or go" button and reset the count.

To reset the Maintenance counter yiu need to go into Config Mode.
Power on the printer while holding the 2 & the 6 button.
You will see the maintenence counter and can reset it from there.

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold (check) and .(right arrow).
3. Turn on the printer.
4. Release the buttons when Performing Self Test displays.
The message CONFIG MENU displays on the top line of the operator panel.
5. Select Reset Maintenance Count from the Configuration menu.
6. The message Reset Maint Cnt=Reset displays momentarily. Press (check) to reset.
When the reset operation is complete, the menu returns to the Printer Setup Reset
Maintenance Count Screen. Scroll down to the Exit Configuration Menu and Press
Select to Return to Ready status.

First, you enter the config menu by powering off the printer. Hold the middle and right arrow buttons and turn the printer back one. Continue to hold until you see Performing self test. Then release. You will then see config menu. Scroll down to reset maintenance count and press select. It will reset and bring you back. Then restart the printer.

You can reset the maintenance count by going to the Configuration Menu.
Step 1: Turn off your X64x printer
Step 2: Hold the 2 and 6 buttons while the printer is off
Step 3: Turn on the printer but don't release the buttons yet. Keep holding those buttons for about 10 secs
Step 4: On your Operator Panel, you should see "Configuration Menu"
Step 5: Scroll down and look for "Reset Maint Count" and select it.
Step 6: Exit Config Menu and powercycle your printer (turn it off then back on)

1. Enter the maintenance mode [>>Maintenance].
2. Press the OK key. [>>Maintenance?] will be displayed.
3. Press the OK key twice. The counter for each component is reset immediately.
