If you wish to buy its original remote control, you have to contact the authorized service center. If you wish to buy a universal remote control, you should know about, which brand remote control have setup code to your TV/device brand. You should first make sure about the number of digits in the codes to your device have. There are 3-digit, 4-digit, 5-digit and even 2-digit codes. You can get this detail by the code list attached to every universal remote control. The brand name of the remote control you select isn't a matter; but, its code list should have setup codes to your TV/device brand, otherwise you can't set it up with your device. Check this link and note which brand remote control have set-up codes to your device brand, and buy that brand remote control, according to availability. If you wish to get more information, check these links. Setup procedure, and setup code list to many popular remote controls are given. Pull up older posts.

SOURCE: Hisense Remote

Use the "auto search" method to program the remote and it found a code on its own and get your tv unlocked. Try using 0478 code

SOURCE: Phillips PC7225 Menu

Found it!
I have a Philips universal remote. After trying half of the codes for Philips TVs, I came up with one which allowed access to the SETUP menu. It was 0621. This allowed me to run the auto channel setup, as well as fix some of the other functions. I don't know if this works with all remotes, but if you try different codes, you should get lucky. I'm sure it helps if you have a SETUP button on your remote.

How do I change the resolution on 8bit hisense tv

To change the resolution on an 8-bit Hisense TV, you will need to access the TV's settings menu. The steps to do this may vary depending on the specific model of your Hisense TV, but generally, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Press the "Menu" button on your Hisense TV remote.
  2. Use the navigation buttons on the remote to select the "Picture" or "Screen" option.
  3. Select the "Resolution" or "Picture Size" option.
  4. Use the navigation buttons to select the desired resolution. Common resolutions include 1080p, 720p, and 480p.
  5. Press the "OK" or "Enter" button on the remote to confirm the new resolution.
  6. Press the "Menu" button again to exit the settings menu.
It's important to note that not all Hisense TVs have the same menus, so the options and the names of the options may vary. Also, if the resolution you want is not available, it's possible that it is not supported by your TV.
It's also worth to check your HDMI cable and make sure it's the correct one for the resolution you want to use, if your TV is connected to a device (like a cable box or a gaming console) through an HDMI cable. If you're still having trouble, you may want to consult the user manual for your specific Hisense TV model for more detailed instructions

My hisense tv keeps popping up the menu constantly

Probably a stuck button, either the menu button on the set itself is stuck or a menu button on a remote is active. Press the menu button on the set itself and see if that "un-sticks" the button, if it was indeed stuck. If the menu keeps popping up, take the remotes from the room and go back in without the remotes and see if the menu is popping up. Try the menu button again on the TV itself to see if that changes things. If the problem was a remote, perhaps it was laying wrong and depressing a button. Or, a button on it may have indeed been stuck. Bring the remotes back in and see if the menu starts popping up.

Hisense tv on "lock"

If you have the original remote with the "CCL" Child Lock it unlocks it. If you are like me and lost the remote I unlocked mine by 1. Turn on TV 2. Hold down the menu button and unplu it. 3. Continue to hold the menu button down while you plug it back in. Mine unlocked, good luck.

My Hisense lcd is lock.

This is how I got mine to work after weeks of struggling just trying to find a new remote (hisense is really hard to contact....).
1) Turn the TV ON. unplug the tv while still ON 2) hold down the "menu" button on the side of the TV and plug it back in. keep holding it down. the TV should turn on with the menu popping up. use the Vol <> keys and Channel <> keys to navigate the menu. go to the Vchip menu, and play around. I'm not sure what ultimately worked, but i changed the Vchip password to 1111, turned the reset menu to "on" and played around with the ratings settings (turning most of them to "u"s etc).
I went through this process several times and finally, the black background behind the menu turned to static. I played around with the channels, and the TV was unlocked. I turned the TV off, and then on again, and the channels showed up normally (no static). and it was no longer locked. I had to do the unplug thing several times, and was getting really frustrated looking for an "unlock code" in the manual (it just says press the button on the remote. so it was not really helpful).
But really, once you can just get to that menu you've made some progress, and just keep playing around with it until something works.
Best of luck!!
