Can't do much except replace the keyboard or plug in a full size keyboard either a PS2 or USB type.
There are several companies selling replacement keyboards on the Internet, I purchased one from Yall Store for approx. $60

Check in the lower left hand side of your keyboard. You should see a key wth the letters FN. You will need to press FN + F2 in order to turn the WiFi on and off from the keyboard.
Sometimes with Dell laptops, the keys on the keyboard gets stuck or damaged or fells off the keyboard. There are many different ways to repair your broken keys. Just put your mind to it and you will be able to repair it yourself.
You can place an order to replace your broken key or you can repair it you have all the parts intact.
You should have a key cap, 2 or more retainer clips (plastic pieces), which goes under the key cap.
Following is the installation guide to replace and repair Dell laptop key.
To install your key on your laptop keyboard, start out by observing your metal plates on the keyboard.
Always be sure to look at the metal keys because they differ in every keyboard. The larger metal hooks can be at the top, bottom, right or left side. The position of the metal hooks determines the position of plastic pieces.
Here you can see that it has one large metal hook at the top and two metal hooks at the bottom.
Take the larger plastic piece and observe that it has two larger sticks at the bottom, two holes at the middle and two shorter sticks at the top. The bottom sticks are going to go into the bottom metal hooks. The smooth part faces away from the keyboard.
Take the smaller plastic piece and observe that it has a small bar at the bottom, two sticks at the top and two sticks at the middle. The sticks in the middle are going to go into the middle holes of the larger piece and the bar is going to click on to the top metal hook. The smooth part faces away from the keyboard.
Place the smaller piece on the larger piece and insert its sticks to the holes of larger piece.
Push it evenly to insert completely. Get a thin object or blade and stretch the plastic pieces upwards so that it clicks together.
Take your letter key, put it in the middle and push down evenly from all four sides.

Look for a key labeled "Fn" (blue lettering) on the lower left side of the keyboard
Hold the "Fn" key and then use the Up/Down arrows to adjust brightness.
If that doesn't work, reboot your laptop and get into the BIOS. There is a screen for brightness. I don't recall how it is labeled, but it's one of the last pages as you cycle through the BIOS options.

Letter sticking means something got spilled into the laptop, luckily its just the keyboard acting up, best thing to do in this case is replace the keyboard cause even if you clean the stick keys others could go bad down the line.
on most keyboad you can take of each key. Try to get a flat head screw driver and pop it of with some force. You then can clean the keys. If this does not work you might need a new keyboard. Do not use water (or very little)
