I don't personally have this phone, but from searching online I believe these 2 are the best places to find apps. There are too many sites that list categories and have nothing in them to be found..

What can i do to download

Goto an open wifi location, open browser and goto www.google.com
do this with your Nokia. Search google for twitter download for Android device.
A lot of people don't know about Aptoide which is like a play-store but all apps (applications) games and stuff is free.
Google Aptoide and install that program and stop paying for stuff.
You may even find Twitter from there but I imagine Twitter is another free app that is available from it's own website.
You may have to go to your phone settings and find "unknown sources" and click this option or you may not be able to install software unless specifically made for the phone.
Most phones now make you sign in and have an account on your phone. you may have to do this to make things easier.
Try Aptoide I think you will find it resourceful.

Have you downloaded an app before? If not and this is your first time trying then its because your phone doesnt support those downloadable apps. Its a basic starter phone and most of those dont.

You have to have an account on iTunes (http://www.apple.com/iTunes) in order to access the application store. Then simply locate the icon for applications and you can search and download. Keep in mind you'll need a credit card to set up the iTunes account, even if you only use free applications.
