Fix charger tip - LG Venus VX8800 Cellular Phone

Probably not enough power to charge a laptop.

You need to install a new jack to firmly hold the power adapter plug.

you have to replace your charging connector on the your laptops mainboard...... or take it to any hardware speacialist

If it's just the charger, go to best buy or some place that sells laptop chargers and get one that is a multi charger. one with different tips that will select the correct voltage for you...hope this helps you! also try radioshack or another electronics store...they usually have lots of differnt types of chargers that will work.

Check to see if the charger tip is obstructed, dirt etc, check for fraying or a kink in the wire at either the charging tip or the wall plug. you can attempt to open it up to rewire it, i would recommend using caution, it sounds like as you got them in a pack of multiple chargers that it would be best to simply replace it.

Your battery maybe drained, you can try to leave it in charger for hours( it will take long for a drained batt to start charging) blinking led may indicate that charger is trying to supply current to batt, anyways I strongly suggest you to buy a new one

if the light is not on, on the charger, check the fuse in the end of the car charger...the tip unscrews and there is a tiny fuse just under the tip.

if thats ok, check the fuse to the outlet you are using in your car.

It is possible that the cvar charger fuse has blown. Undo the tip and remove and replace !amp fuse and all should be fixed.

first check and make sure the socket in the car is getting power, like trying your phone charger or something similar. if its not, locate the fuse in the car and see if its ok. if its ok check the fuse for the charger, most are in the tip that gets plugged in to the car. most can be removed by screwing the tip off. if the fuse is ok, then there is probably a problem with the gps.
