You can go to any jeweler or department store that sells watches and they'll able to get you a replacement. They are universal and it's done by the millimeter size of the width of strap where it attaches to the case.

There could be many reasons for this. Maybe the battery is damaged/old, maybe it has another type of technical problem. Thats why i would suggest to you the same thing that i would do; send it to a repair shop. It usually costs between 7-15 US dollars to get it fixed, and it can usually be done for a couple of hours. As i see you have received this watch as a gift. Have you received the whole box including warranty card and the purchase receipt? In case you have received those, you could try and retrieve the watch to an official CK dealer, and maybe they will give you a new one or repair it for free. CK watch warranties are for one year and your watch is still covered by it (assuming it was purchased less than 1 year ago). Unfortunately it is not possible to make any estimates over the internet. As the warranty for the watch already expired years ago, there is no reason to find any particular Tag Heuer dealer. You can visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for an estimate.

Try this link and get what you want. Be very persistant and push hard, as I had experiance to KC beeing very unwilling to supply parts and do any repairs. If You can't get stuff over the net - do not minge a few bucks and make direct phone call. At the very end they (CK) will be happy :(( to supply the glass and will not charge their in-house repair bill. Any decent watchmaker is able to fit the glass at the same level of quality as CK does.
