13.5 BriggsandStratton ohv replaced push rod set rocker gaps ok now I do not have spark.

From your Description it Sounds like a Blown Head Gasket between the Push Tube Galley and the Cylinder, the Valve Clearance Requires Setting or the Flywheel Key is Damaged and Requires Replacing.
