In the Product Search in the right page top enter MP610.
Next, all support for the MP610 will show up.
Enter MP610 in the Product Search bar: All support for this player shows up.
Select and download the Firmware Update. After the download unzip the file and read the pdf file for instructions to solve the display malfunction.

Ok I got the same mp3 player. Call this number 800-727-3592. Then give him your mp3 player type and your phone number and your state and your zip code. He or she will guide you threw it. I think you got a MP610. How it helps!
