My son was playing Transformers-the game. turned off the pc. now the mouse doesn't work. have tried Ctl-Alt-Del. tried bluegreenash's F8 to get to safe mode. nothing is working. help. hillsboro
When you say mouse, are you referring to the touchpad? Activate it using Fn+F9. Try to recover if all else fails.

Hi, First F8 and choose "last known good configuration". Second, there is a small button atop the mousepad which turns the mouse on and off; might check that. Good luck
