Often not a DIY job, as there are usually a number of other adjustments to be made. If you really want to DIY, talk to the nice folks at the yahoo group "wefixit": https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/wefixit/info who can walk you through it.
Contact the manufacturer or your web cam by phone or on-line. Tell them what operating system you have loaded on your PC and ask them if the version of the drivers you have are the latest release of the drivers.

You have to program it TRUNKING mode when you enter the control channel frequencies. It is decoding okay as the MO shows motorola control channel and +DG means digital decoded and an OPEN group. You need to press the 'trunk' button everytime a talkgroup comes up that you want it to remember for future 'closed' group (-DG) talk groups. I suggest you go to 'RadioReference DOT com" and there are many forums there for your radio, as well as one or two YAHOO GROUPS specifically for your scanner. 73's
Button on side is not for answering calls.
PTT or Push To Talk allows you to use your mobile like a walkie talkie. It is dependant on your network operator running the service.
Quote from Pocket lint: To use the function you must first create a group or individual in your phone menu and send an SMS invitation to those you wish to join. Once your contacts are set up, your phone shows which members have their handsets switched on with push-to-talk enabled, in the same way that instant messaging works online. By pushing a single button on the handset, you are connected with one person or with your group. There is no need to dial numbers, nor do the recipients need to answer calls. You simply push a button and talk. As with a walkie-talkie, anyone in the group hears you almost instantaneously. The talking is one way with only one person able to speak at a time. Unlike walkie-talkies, which are infuriatingly dependent on distance, push-to-talk has no such limitations.
You should be able to disable PTT in the Nokia menu, which is best if your network doesn't support it. Plus you won't keep cutting off calls.
