It is not a matter of reset
F2 means "Motor rotation not sensed". If you have already replaced the motor, then either the hall sensor that detects the rotation is not working, the rotor is jammed, the control board is defective, or there is a wiring problem.

Foreign object has jammed the
rotor.
• The rotor has failed.
• Hall sensor connector or wiring
fault at hall sensor or
controller.
• The hall sensor has failed.
• Motor stator winding or
connection open circuit.
• The electronic controller has
failed.
• PCB mains filter has failed.
